From the moment you enter our website through the delivery of your order, and beyond, our team is here to help you. Please send any inquiries or issues to our Customer Experience team at service@getliquidrails.com. We request any after delivery issues be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.
You must be 21+ to shop with us. Anyone accepting a delivery must present a valid form of ID showing that they are 21+ for the order to be released upon delivery.
It's our goal to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible.
We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of time should you need this order for a specific event or time sensitive arrival.
Please know that we cannot guarantee the date of delivery once shipped.
